Consulting

Get your evenings back from paperwork and missed follow-ups.

I help local small businesses in the Seattle area, from trades and clinics to professional offices, spend less time on the office side of the work. Start with a one-week audit for $2,500. You get a written plan that’s yours to keep, whether or not you hire me to build it.

Examples of what I can build

Here are some things I can set up for businesses like yours. They are examples, not past projects.

Trades and home services

Remodel, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping

  • “Leads go cold because nobody calls back.”

I'd set up an instant reply to every inquiry, so no lead sits waiting.

  • “Quotes take all evening.”

I'd draft estimates from your past jobs and your price list. You review and approve each one.

  • “Scheduling and reminders eat my day.”

I'd set up automatic confirmations, reminders, and follow-up texts.

Independent practices, 1-4 locations

Solo and small practices

Small and mid-sized portfolios

Small firms and independent bookkeepers

Don’t see your business? If you have repetitive paperwork, missed follow-ups, or spreadsheets running your week, book an intro.

How it works

  1. 01

    Audit

    1 week - $2,500 fixed

I spend a week learning how your business really runs, with you and your team, in the tools you already use. You get a written plan: what to fix first, what each fix would take, and what to leave alone. If you hire me to build any of it, the $2,500 comes off the price.

  2. 02

    First fix

    Typically 1-2 weeks, about $3,000-$5,000

One small fix from the plan, set up and running, like instant replies to new leads. A low-risk way to see how I work before anything bigger.

  3. 03

    Build

    Typically 4-8 weeks

Most projects land between $6,000 and $15,000. After the audit, I give you one fixed price in writing before any work starts.

  4. 04

    Support

    Optional, monthly

If you want ongoing help, I can keep an eye on things and adjust as your business changes. If you do not, that is fine too.

I keep prices fair for local Seattle businesses on purpose. You get the same care I put into 18 years of building software at Microsoft, with a fixed price and no surprises.

About

Will Frasier

I’m Will. I live in Seattle and spent 18 years building software at Microsoft. Now I want to help local businesses use AI in practical ways, starting with the office work that keeps owners up late. I’ll tell you plainly what is worth doing and what is not.

Tell me what’s slowing you down.

If it’s a fit, I’ll send a short plan and a price. If not, I’ll point you somewhere better.
